Domestic shipping only....
With the exception of custom orders, listings on my website are "ready to ship" items which usually ship within 2-3 business days, to allow extra time to carefully wrap your art dolls in appropriate packaging to arrive safely to you. I use UPS and USPS depending on your location. Standard shipping (5-7 days). Priority (3-4 days). All packages will include tracking. Shipping Cost: small art doll priority shipping is $22.50, medium art doll priority shipping is $35, large art doll priority shipping is $75 and XL art doll priority shipping is $95. For holiday shipping: expect delays, it is best to order only "in-stock" items by the first week of December for Christmas delivery. Unfortunarely I have no control over the shipping costs and delivery times by carriers. Extra insurance can be purchased separately before shipping, please let me know so I can iinvoice you for the additional cost. I am not responsible for tariffs or damage by the delivery carrier, if you have damage from shipping, it is best to contact the carrier for a refund. I do my best to wrap and take special care when shipping your items. Currently not offering international shipping at this time...although this is subject to change in the future.
To make a purchase...
You must be 18+ to order. We can cancel any order for any reason and will refund you if we do. Prices may change, but you pay what's shown at checkout. All art and photos on our site are copyrighted. We're not responsible if your package gets lost after we ship it. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of our control. If there's a problem, please contact us and we'll work it out. These terms follow North Carolina law.
For digital downloads...
There are no refunds on digital downloads, including tutorials. You will be sent the download after checkout. Please save to your computer. Contact us if you have any questions.
